01Purpose of this notice
These AI Data Privacy Terms explain how Relvio handles prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos when you use AI video features.
This notice is part of the Privacy Policy and Terms. If there is a conflict for AI generation data, this notice gives the more specific rule.
02Generation data used by Relvio
- Text prompts that you choose to enter.
- Images that you choose to upload for image-to-video generation.
- Generation settings such as mode, duration, and other app controls.
- Generated videos and related creation records needed to show your own history.
03Self-hosted AI processing
Relvio processes AI generation data only on systems operated for Relvio. We do not send prompts, uploaded images, or generated videos to external AI model providers for generation.
Normal app operations such as app-store payments, security, hosting, diagnostics, or support may use operational systems that are separate from AI model processing.
04No AI model training
Relvio does not use personal information, text prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, account data, or support attachments to train general AI models or foundation models.
Human support review, when needed, is limited to resolving a user request, safety report, policy issue, or legal obligation.
05Photos and AI-generated content
When you select a photo as input for AI video generation, that image is uploaded to and processed only on Relvio-operated systems to generate the video you request.
Uploaded images and generated videos are stored only to let you view, re-use, download, or manage your own creations.
06Images and face data
- Uploaded images are used only as visual input for the requested generation.
- Relvio does not perform facial recognition.
- Relvio does not create facial-geometry data or biometric identifiers.
- Relvio does not share uploaded images with third-party AI model providers.
07Storage and deletion window
Prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are deleted from Relvio-operated systems no later than 36 hours after creation.
They may be deleted sooner when you delete the creation, delete your account, or contact support with a valid deletion request.
08User control
- AI generation starts only after you choose a feature, provide the needed input, and submit the request.
- You can delete creations from the app when that feature is available for your account.
- You can delete your account from the app profile or account settings area.
- You can contact support for privacy or deletion questions.
09Data not needed for generation
Relvio does not require your precise location, contacts, payment card number, advertising identifier, or phone contacts to generate a video.
Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless it is necessary and you have the right to use it.
10Security safeguards
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect generation data during upload, processing, storage, and deletion.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access to people and systems that need it for operation, safety, support, or legal compliance.
